Lots of people come to us struggling to increase their performance, because 3/4 into their run they "hit the wall" .


We will implement a during run nutrition system that will allow you to fuel for your whole run, and feel great doing it. Allowing you to focus on getting to that finish line without worrying about "hitting the wall" or gut discomfort.


We will put together a strategy for each long run and each race. Allowing you to consume fuel that currently works for you, and try new things in training that could be really beneficial to your performance and energy levels.


We will practice the strategy's beforehand in training so you are fully prepared and confident going into each race :)

Hey Im Josh!


After struggling with low energy myself in my teenage years while playing high level sport, I spent 6 years studying sports science and performance nutrition up to a masters level. Then I put what I learnt into myself, followed by supporting others reach their performance and health goals.


I have worked with a wide range of athletes from endurance to bobsled, however after finding a love for running myself, I now choose to help the community I understand most.

Step 1 - Assess

The first step is a questionnaire to assess your current situation, and pin point barriers. This will give us overview of your starting point how to help you progress.

Step 2 - Set Goals

Next we will set motivating, but realistic goals. Making sure the you guide this process, and define a strong why behind each goal.

Step 3 - Custom Plan

Your nutritionist will then create a plan on how to achieve the goal. You will be provided with a clear roadmap to success, with weekly objectives and daily habits to keep you on track. All with full support.

Step 4 - Growth

Each week we will slowly implement new topics and habits. Ensuring you don't feel overwhelmed, and seeing small wins each week.

Step 5 - Reflection

A weekly check in, to allow both you and your nutritionist to reflect on what worked, and what barriers you faced in the week. Followed by alterations to the plan, to ensure your progression towards the goal.

Step 6 - Perform

No matter your goal we are here to support you everyday. If your goal is a race, we will set up a nutrition strategy for race day, and work on perfecting that strategy in training. So you're going into each run and each race full prepared and confident.

We do this by providing daily message support, calorie intake recommendations, and the optimal runners meal booklet. So no matter the situation youre always fuelled and ready to perform at your best, whether that be at work or on your run.


Confused on what the optimal diet is for a runner?

We understand there is a lot of conflicting information around nutrition on the internet. However with our personalised support and our library of resources on how to optimally fuel as a runner, we will guide you every step of the way, while giving you feedback.


Struggle to keep consistent habits?

Together we will set specific goals, and daily habits, to make sure you're progressing each week and make adjustments when needed. Our amazing app also has a habit tracker so you can visually see how you're progressing from day to day.


Find healthy eating too expensive?

We will provide you with tips and tricks on how to keep your food shop down. We will personally work with you and provide solutions if you're finding food too expensive. Our personalised recipe booklets and meal plans are also low cost and contain minimal ingredients.

FAQ'S

Do you provide meal plans?

Depending on your goals, If we feel you would benefit from a meal plan we will incorporate you with this. We can provide precise meal plans, flexible meal plans, performance plates and our app has 100s of recipes so you can make your own! But a meal plan is not a requirement for working with us. Meal plans are a temporary way of ensuring you're nourished, but we encourage spontaneity and variety as support progresses.

How much support will I receive?

You will recive unlimited message support and weekly progress reports, which includes simple actionable steps to focus on each week. At the start of your journey we will set goals so you are 100% on what we are working towards. We are here every step of the way. We will also be posting lots of educational videos and resources in the feed section of the app so you're learning every step of the way.

What would a typical week look like when joining this service?

Everyone is different, so different actions and goals will be executed for each client. However a typical week could look like this: Tracking your daily habits, sending food photos for us to comment on and provide pointers, following your weekly action plan, checking out our weekly resources and videos, then concluding the week with a weekly progress report, with feedback so we can see how you feel and make any adjustments to your plan.

Are 1-1 video calls included?

At this moment we do not offer 1-1 live video or phone calls, however we do offer complete access to your nutritionist through the in app messaging feature.

What makes this service better than other services?

We are a nutrition service that is only focused on runners. Your nutritionist will also be a runner, so they can understand what you're going through, and apply the right strategies to help your progress to your goal. We not only providing you with amazing resources, but will personally guide you every step of the way. We are dedicated to providing you with the best service, and with our unlimited message support and weekly progress reports we can measure your progress.

Do I have to count calories?

No! Counting calories is not necessary for every runner. However depending on your situation, and goals, we may recommend you do so for a certain amount of time. We will guide you through this process and using our app makes it super easy. That is only if we feel you would benefit from it.

I already use MyFitnessPal, what is the difference?

We provide you with 1-1 support with a real nutritionist, who can guide you every step of the way. Our app can do the things MyFitnessPal does, plus so much more, for example habit tracking, flexible meal plans, a personalised app, weekly progress reports, direct messaging with a nutritionist and a personalised vault with so many resources just for runners.
